The rate shown on the website is an average nightly rate, per room, for each room type displayed. The rates do not include taxes and service charges as well as extracharges.

How do I know if my reservation is confirmed?

As soon as you've completed the booking process, a confirmation page will appear. This page shows all of your reservation details, including the booking number , price , hotel and room details. You have the option to print the confirmation directly from there, if you don’t have printer don’t worry We'll also send you a confirmation email with all of your booking information. You can also access your booking details online anytime at ResME.com with your booking number and credit card details.

Can I cancel or change my reservation through ResMe.com?

Yes, it’s easy to cancel or change your booking via our self-service tool at ResME.com. Please remember to check the hotel’s cancellation policy before making any changes to your reservation. Non-refundable rooms and other special deals may have a different cancellation policy. Room-specific cancellation information can be found next to the room type.

What is my confirmation number and what do I need it for?

Your confirmation number is a 4-digit number in your booking confirmation. It allows you to log in to ResMe.com where you can view, change or cancel your booking. Remember to keep your booking confirmation number confidential.

Where can I find the hotel’s phone number and/or email address?

After booking, all of the hotel’s details (including phone number and email address) are provided in the online booking confirmation, confirmation email and at ResMe.com

How can I see how much a hotel room costs?

Once you've entered the dates of your stay, the rates will be clearly displayed along with the available room types.

We have children; can we get extra beds/cribs in the room?

Information regarding children and extra beds/cribs can be found under "Hotel Policies." Please take note of the following: - Depending on the hotel you're booking with any additional fees for children are will be included in the reservation price. - During the online booking process, please make your request for any extra bed/crib in the "Special Requests" box provided. - We recommend calling the hotel prior to your arrival to guarantee your request. - You can find the hotel’s contact information in your confirmation email.

Can more than two adults stay in one room?

Most hotels allow additional guests to stay in a room for an extra charge as long as the room doesn’t exceed the maximum number of guests allowed per room. If you book a room that cannot accommodate your group, the hotel may cancel your reservation or require that you book additional rooms. If you have doubts, check directly with your hotel for their extra–guest charges and the maximum number of people allowed for the room you’ve booked on the Make Reservation Page.

What if I need a specific type of hotel room (non–smoking, wheelchair friendly, etc.)?

What is my hotel’s check–in time?

Typically, the hotel check–in time is after 3:00 PM (local hotel time). To be sure it is advised that you check with your specific hotel for its exact check–in time.

Do I need to re-confirm my booking once after booking?

No, you don’t. If you really want to, though, contact us at info@resme.com to confirm your reservation. You can also contact the hotel directly if you prefer.

What if I don’t get a confirmation at the time of booking?

|

If a confirmation page doesn’t display once you complete your booking, check your email for a confirmation. If you don’t get an email confirmation within ten minutes, let us know at info@resme.com and we’ll send you your confirmation details.

I didn’t get an email confirmation. What do I do?
|
|

If you don’t receive an email after making a reservation, it could be that we have the wrong email address as information or your Internet Service Provider blocked the email thinking it was spam. Check your spam folder, still after checking the folder and you don’t see the confirmation email then be sure to contact us at info@resme.com so we can send you an email confirmation.

Will the hotel hold my room if I’m arriving late?

Since your reservation is guaranteed with a credit card, the hotel is required to hold your room until 9 am, the day after your planned arrival date.
